Went to see the poppys in Antelope Valley but unfortunately narry a poppy and to make it worse the wind was cold and harsh. Also they charged me $10 bucks to not see the poppys. Below are some of the pictures I did take and some of the wildflowers.

I was really surprised how much the area east of Lancaster looked like Joshua Tree. Some, few, of the Joshua Trees were in bloom.

Antelope Valley Indian Museum. Awesome. If you get a chance it's worth the 17 mile drive out of Lancaster.
